Stars - A poem by N. Daniel

Updated: May 22, 2023

Stars

This sacred vault, divine tonight. We dine in consummate delight, gazing into sparkling starlight, mirrored in the eyes of midnight.

These stars who dance upon the sky like children through the wild rye, are wandering pilgrims, butterflies, aspirants seeking reasons why.

Like actors they all play their part. Their dramas cleanse the impure heart. This theater, destined to impart our lives, the finest works of art.

In heavens stars all drift alone but shine as one through the unknown. Holding our hand as we walk home our compass rose, our stepping stones.
